If they are not, make arrangements to have this done while you are at your vet having your examination.

Mail your OFA forms and fees in to get your bulldog registered in their database. 7.If your bulldog has passed both the cardiac and patella, they will automatically become CHIC certified and you will receive the CHIC certificate in the mail when they have been processed. You will also receive the individual certificates for the cardiac and patellas from OFA.

These studies are important to the health of Bulldogs and will help OFA in formulating a registry in the future.
